Had a great day! After preparing into the night of Thanksgiving Eve, we were up with the bird – brining, stuffing, trussing, roasting. The menu included chateau briand, sweet potatoes with pecans, cornbread sausage stuffing, green bean casserole, garlic mashed potatoes, gravies, broccoli and cheese casserole….and pies.
A wonderful celebration was had by all.
And then it was the morning after. Pizza and Chinese food for breakfast.
